Discipline:
Students are taught and expected to take responsibility for their own education. Students are expected to follow given directions concerning their studies. Students are expected to be ready and willing to perform each and every daily task leading to their educational success. No gum, soft drinks, candy, cassette tape or CD players, radios, toys, etc. are allowed during class time. Any and all inappropriate items may be confiscated until such time as a parent comes to the school to claim them.
Dress Code:
Clean body and clothing are very important at Copper Hills Private School in Pebble Creek. Although no specific uniforms are required for daily activities, all clothing should be clean, in good repair and modest. Some field trips may require special or Sunday type apparel (slacks and shirts for boys and dresses for girls) - notice will be given beforehand in these cases. Sloppy or unclean attire, earrings for boys, nose rings, tattoos, and other extremes closely associated with rebellious or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated. Students not in compliance with dress code may be sent home to change (first violation), expelled one day (second violation), or permanently expelled (third violation), with no fees or tuition refunded.
Honor Code:
Copper Hills Private School in Pebble Creek is a school based on Christian values and ethics. Good conduct is expected at all times and in all places. Mutual respect is our gift to one another. Students are expected to be honest and truthful in their life and associations with others. Lying, stealing, cheating of any form, smoking, drinking of alcoholic drinks, drug use, immorality, gang activities, or weapons possession will lead to instant expulsion, with no fees or tuition refunded. Radios or CD players are not appropriate for school. If these or other items of distraction to other students are brought, they may be confiscated until such time as a parent comes to the school to claim them.
